I was really super impressed by how comprehensive this book is! It is full of information on all aspects of Japanese-style communication, but it also contains an abundance of examples, anecdotes, and templates. Everything in the book, from understanding what the Japanese are meaning, and knowing the best way to communicate with them, to discovering a better way of getting my emails answered, I can absolutely use in my everyday work. it’s a great first read, but an indispensible reference book. If you have a problem with the Japanese, you’re going to find the solution here.
