A key to greater productivity in international business
This concise white paper has helped me to better understand a systematic way to enhance communications with my diverse international clients. In fact, the training referred to and offered by Roland would be of considerable value for most individuals and teams working in diverse cultures. I believe this could be of particular value when finding it difficult to arrange introductory meetings and to secure agreement on contract terms or just to keep things from bogging down. I have loaded this white paper onto my cell phone to review when traveling to meetings with international clients.
