Japanese Business Culture for Current Clients

This Virtual International Excellence® - Japan program is exclusively for current clients.

Eight 1.5 hour sessions or four 3 hour sessions, for a maximum of 12 participants provides:

Insight into the differences in management style, expectations, processes for implementing ideas, and other areas of Japanese business culture which affect your ability to accomplish your work goals.

Skills in meeting, communicating, negotiating, acting, interacting, and dealing with the Japanese by supplying guidelines, tools, and practice.

Strategies for contributing to decisions, maximizing information, building relationships, accomplishing your daily objectives, and achieving your career goals.
