Japanese Business Culture for Current Clients

This Virtual International Excellence® - Japan program is exclusively for current clients.

Eight 1.5 hour sessions or four 3 hour sessions, for a maximum of 12 participants provides:

  • Insight into the differences in management style, expectations, processes for implementing ideas, and other areas of Japanese business culture which affect your ability to accomplish your work goals.
  • Skills in meeting, communicating, negotiating, acting, interacting, and dealing with the Japanese by supplying guidelines, tools, and practice.
  • Strategies for contributing to decisions, maximizing information, building relationships, accomplishing your daily objectives, and achieving your career goals.
