Do you take coffee in your Taxi?

Known for their doilies and plastic seat covers, doors that open for you, and white-gloved drivers, some taxis in Japan are taking customer service to a new level.

The president of Arita Taxi, waxed eloquent when he talked of treating customers to the aroma of coffee while they enjoyed their ride.

To make sure you feel deep in the lap of luxury, between the two front seats of the Barista Taxi sits a neat Nescafe Barista device.

What's more, the driver serves you your coffee in fine porcelain cups made there in the city of Arita.

And when I say coffee, I don't just mean a cup of coffee. It's an all-you-can drink free service!

Quite a perk, wouldn't you say?
