Don't be late in Japan!

After using the shock gun on the young employee's neck, Serigano, the boss, continued to attack the man. Forcing him to put on a hooded sweatshirt to keep blood from going everywhere, he proceeded to hit him with a flashlight, beat him with a belt and stomp on him for 50 minutes.

Serigano, the man's Tokyo boss, accounted for his actions by saying that the 28 year old had just "laughed it off" when Serigano warned him about being late. He explained to police that this had made him decide the young man needed to be punished more severely.

Does anyone have a worse horror story?

After repeatedly hitting him until he was on the ground, she proceeded to kick him in the abdomen, face and head until he lost consciousness. The young man died in the hospital the next morning of severe internal hemorrhaging! Needless to say, the boss in now in jail.
