Liliana Cantú, a native of Mexico, has a BS degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Communication with an emphasis on Intercultural Communication. She also holds an Intercultural Foundations Certificate awarded by the Intercultural Communication Institute.
She has professional experience in the fields of human resources, public relations and international relocation destination services. Additionally she has extensive experience in the design, customization and delivery of cross-culturall, global leadership, conflict management, mediation, team building, ethics and diversity training.
Bilingual and bicultural, she can present programs in either English or Spanish, and has personal intercultural experience in a variety of countries including the United States, Canada, Venezuela, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Portugal.
Liliana has participated as a speaker and planning committee member at international symposia, and served at the 2004-2005 Employee Relocation Council’s Global Advisory Council. She has delivered and coordinated training programs for national and international audiences, in organizations such as Novartis, Daimler, Kraft, Caterpillar, Merck, Nissan, HP, Michelin, DELL, PepsiCo, Toyota, Delphi, Starwood, Lego, Whirlpool, John Deere, Unilever, Nissan, Medtronic and the UN.
Liliana has also performed as a part time university professor at one of the most prestigious institutions in Latin America: the ITESM (commonly known as Monterrey Tech), where she has taught intercultural communication courses to national and international students, in Spanish and English. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, she conducts programs for clients wherever needed.
